Siting Information

Pitches are available for new holiday homes. Most makes and models are available to order and we would be happy to discuss the options with you or accompany you to the dealership.

Costs

  • The annual site fees for 2023 are £2,600.00
  • Electric charged at units used, paid twice a year in May and November
  • Gas available as and when required by bottle and only gas sold on the park should be used.
  • The seasons run from 1st March, until the 6th January
  • All new static vans are sited with two 47kg gas bottles, a gas cabinet with changeover valve, T.V. aerial and van access steps

  2. One off siting fee: £1,500.00 (+vat).
  3. Pro rata ground rent
  4. Delivery cost

Caravans can remain on site from new until they are 15 years old and thereafter based upon condition.
